Do I need prior experience with yoga or Pilates?
No. The program is designed for women of all levels. The introductory class gives you everything you need to get started.
How much time do I need each week?
The physical practices are around 35 minutes, ideally 3 times a week. Meditations and relaxations are between 7 and 11 minutes. This is a program built to fit into your real life.
Your body knows how to find
its way back.
It just needs the right tools and the space to do it.
