Wake Up to You – Daily Sadhana

There’s something magical about the early morning. It’s quiet, it’s still—and it’s yours.
Each day begins with Sadhana, our morning practice. You’ll move, breathe, chant, and meditate. It’s a gentle but powerful way to wake up with intention and clarity—grounded in yourself before the day even begins.

Conversations That Open You – Satsangs

These aren’t lectures. They’re real, honest conversations that help you see life from a new perspective.
Led by experienced teachers, each session explores a topic that connects yoga with real life—and ends with a guided practice to bring it all into your body, heart, and soul.

Feel the Shift – Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is unlike anything else.

It’s not only yoga—it’s about shifting. You’ll move your body, release old tension, and wake up parts of you that have been waiting to come alive. It’s energizing, emotional, and deeply inspiring.

You’ll leave each class lighter, clearer, and more connected.

The Magic You Can’t Explain – Tantric Meditations

Some things can’t be described—you have to feel them.

These meditations are the soul of the retreat. They create connection, presence, and a feeling of deep inner peace. Most people say it’s their favorite part. You’ll see why.

Time to Let Go – Rest & Restore

Yes, we’ll move. But we’ll also rest. Deeply.

You’ll have space to relax, slow down, and release everything you’ve been holding. Expect calming classes, gentle practices, and moments that feel like a deep exhale.

You’ll go home feeling lighter, clearer, and full again.

Schedule

We begin on Thursday with a class from 16:30 to 18:30h and finish on Sunday after lunch.

Daily schedule for Friday and Saturday:

6:00 to 8:30 Sadhana (Morning physical and meditative practice)

8:30 to 9:30 Breakfast

10:00 to 11:15 Class 1

15min Break

11:30 to 13:00 Class 2

13:00 to 14:00 Lunch

14:00 to 16:30 Freetime

16:30 to 18:30 Class 3

19:00  Dinner

Register in our Kundalini Yoga Retreat

The retreat begins on Thursday, July 10th at 16:30 and ends on Sunday, July 13th after lunch.

The prices include course tuition, lodging, and all meals during the stay, starting with the dinner on Thursday and ending with the lunch on Sunday. We will be offering breakfast and two vegetarian meals a day. If you need to have a special diet, please let us know in advance.
