Kundalini Yoga Meditation for Balancing the Nervous Energies
· ABOUT THE PRACTICE ·
This gentle breath meditation serves to harmonize the nervous and glandular systems, aligning them for optimal efficiency. Using a specific mudra where the thumbs are connected, symbolizing the energy of the ego, the practice was traditionally designed to exert targeted pressure on meridian points in the shoulders. This, in turn, facilitates stress relief and brings equilibrium to the intricate web of nervous energies.
