Imagine Sangat uses Kundalini Yoga as a tool for self-knowledge. Every month is organized around a theme, something real, something you can take into your life, and that theme runs through everything you practice that month.

Each month has a theme, a lens for self-inquiry. The theme runs through every practice that month, so the work you do on the mat stays with you when you step off it.

  • Monthly focus, study and inspiration
    A shared theme guiding all practices that month. 11-min audio. Direction without pressure, not a goal, not something to complete. Just a direction that keeps the practice alive.
  • Monthly Kundalini Yoga meditation, 7–21 min
    A guided meditation aligned with the monthly focus. Video and audio versions. A resource you can come back to anytime, long enough to land, short enough to actually do.
  • Monthly guided relaxation, 10–15 min
    Audio. A practice for rest and integration. To support nervous system regulation and closure. On the days when this is all you have, it's enough.
  • Weekly live practice + space for integration, 75 min
    Every Wednesday at 19:30 CET. Live Kundalini Yoga with Daniela & Pedro, kriya, pranayama, meditation, mantra, embodied awareness. Always recorded so you can return to it as many times as you want. Come live when you can. Practice later when you need.
  • Continuous practice library

What you might be wondering

Some familiarity with practice helps, but you don't need to be advanced. Sangat is led at a pace that works for people who practice regularly and want to go deeper, not for complete beginners discovering yoga for the first time. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.

Every session is recorded and added to the library within 24 hours. You can practice whenever works for you. Over time, most members find a mix, some weeks live, some weeks from the recording. Both are real practice.

The weekly session is 75 minutes. If that's not possible, the monthly meditation (11–21 min) and guided relaxation (10–15 min) are there for exactly that, the weeks when life doesn't cooperate. The practice is designed to stay with you even through the busy seasons.

After the practice, Daniela and Pedro stay online for an open space where members can share, ask questions, or simply listen. It's informal and never obligatory, but for many students, it becomes the part of the week they look forward to most. It's what makes Sangat feel like a family rather than just a membership.

Yes. The teacher trainings (200h, 300h) are structured year-long programs with a certification focus. Sangat is ongoing, there's no timeline, no certificate, no curriculum to complete. It's for people who want consistent practice and real connection. Many Sangat members eventually move into a training; many stay in Sangat for years.

Monthly plan: yes, cancel anytime. No questions, no forms, no friction. 6-month plan: your access runs the full six months from the day you join.

Sangat is currently in its founding phase. Founding members lock in today's price for as long as their membership is active, it will never increase. When we open to new members in future at a higher price, founding members keep their original rate.
