Daniela & Pedro
We're the co-founders and lead trainers of Imagine Yoga Academy. Since 2012, we've been guiding students through Kundalini Yoga — online in English and Spanish, and in person across Switzerland, Madrid, and Málaga.
We created Imagine Sangat because we kept seeing the same thing: people who cared deeply about their practice, but lost the thread the moment life got full. Not because the practice didn't matter — but because they were trying to sustain it alone.
Sangat means community of practice. It's the oldest reason why practice survives. We built this space so yours can too.
Our approach to Kundalini Yoga is free from dogma — open, grounded, and designed for real life.

Do I need experience with Kundalini Yoga?
You'll feel most at home if you already have some yoga experience and want to deepen your practice. That said, our approach is open and free from dogma — if you're curious and willing to show up, you're welcome.
What if I miss the live class?
Every class is recorded and stays in the library indefinitely. Come live when you can. Practice later when you need. There's no pressure to be there in real time.
What language are the classes in?
All classes in Imagine Sangat are in English.
How much time do I need each week?
The weekly live practice is 75 minutes. Monthly meditations are 11–21 minutes and relaxations are 10–15 minutes. You choose what fits your life each week — there's no minimum requirement.
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
Yes, anytime. No commitment, no questions asked. Stay as long as it serves you.
What does "Founding Member" mean?
Founding Members join at the current price and keep that price for as long as they remain active members — even if the price increases in the future. It's our way of recognising those who join early and help build the community.
