Welcome to the
Sample of the Training.
Six classes. See what the training actually is. These classes are part of what we teach and how we teach it.
Yoga is not the goal.
You are.
Most people come to yoga looking for a practice. What they find here is something else: a mirror. This class is an invitation to look at why you're searching, and what yoga can actually do for someone in this moment of their life.
Pedro opens the training with the question that underpins everything we do: not how to do the practice, but why it matters to you, now.
Why yoga is the perfect tool at this moment in your lifeThe journey.
Inner work starts here.
This is where the training gets real. Forgiveness. Letting go. Learning to accept your emotions instead of managing them. Self-respect that isn't conditional on performance. Self-love that isn't a concept.
Pedro maps the inner territory of the 200h programme, the themes you'll return to again and again across the year.
What we work on during the training: forgiveness, emotional acceptance, self-respect, self-loveNow you feel it in the body.
Kriya for the Glands,
Circulation & Meditative Mind.
This is a full Kundalini Yoga Kriya with Daniela. The sequence works on three things at once: the glandular system, which regulates your hormones, energy, and stress response; the circulatory system, supporting blood flow and cardiovascular vitality; and the mind, using breath and movement together to reduce mental agitation and build focus.
Kundalini Yoga doesn't address the body and mind separately. You'll feel the difference.

Kundalini Yoga.
What it is, why it works.
Not a history lesson. Not doctrine. This class is about understanding the technology — why these specific techniques (breath, movement, mantra, awareness) do what they do to the nervous system and the psyche.
And how we teach it at Imagine: without dogma, without hierarchy, without the parts that have nothing to do with you getting well.

for Vagus Nerve Stimulation.
The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in the body and the primary channel of the parasympathetic nervous system — the system responsible for rest, recovery, and emotional regulation. When it's underactive, anxiety, reactivity, and chronic tension follow.
This class uses specific Kundalini Yoga techniques to directly stimulate and tone the vagus nerve, shifting the nervous system out of stress and into calm. You feel it during the practice and after it.

Two videos: theory and practice. Daniela first explains the mechanics of why hips and shoulders accumulate tension and how Kundalini Yoga works with them differently from conventional stretching. Then the practice.
