Daniela Troconis
Daniela has been teaching yoga since 2008 and training Kundalini Yoga teachers since 2012, across Switzerland, Spain, India, and Slovenia.
She created the Woman's Harmony Series because she kept seeing the same pattern in her students: women in their 40s and 50s whose bodies were changing faster than anyone had prepared them for. Nervous systems overwhelmed. Digestion disrupted. Energy unpredictable. Nowhere that felt built for this stage of life.

Before you join
Is this specifically for perimenopause and menopause?
Yes. The program was designed by Daniela specifically to address the hormonal, digestive, and nervous system shifts that happen during this transition. The practices work for any woman whose body is under this kind of stress, the underlying physiology is the same.
Do I need yoga experience to join?
No. The practices are short, clear, and designed for real life, not for advanced practitioners. You bring whatever level you have. That's enough.
What if I miss the live session?
We'll record the live session and share it with all participants. You won't miss it.
How much time does it take each week?
Theory class (15–20 min) + practice (20 min) + meditation (7 min) + relaxation (11 min). Done at your own rhythm, there's no schedule to keep.
