How It’s Used

This mantra relates directly to healing and protective energy, represented by Guru Ram Das. It has two parts: the first, Guru Guru Wahe Guru, is a nirgun mantra that projects the mind toward the source of knowledge and ecstasy.

The second part, Guru Ram Das Guru, is a sirgun mantra: the wisdom that comes from serving the infinite. It's considered a mantra of humility, reconnecting the finite experience back to infinity.
