How It’s Used

Wahe Guru Wahe Jio is chanted for 22 minutes while seated in Virasana, the kneeling pose. In the traditional structure of the Aquarian Sadhana, it comes after the Rakhe Rakhanhar mantra and before the Guru Ram Das mantra.

At 22 minutes, it is the longest of the seven mantras in the sequence, marking a sustained point in the practice before the Sadhana moves toward its closing mantras.
