How It’s Used
Ra Ma Da Sa appears in the manual's list of commonly used Kundalini Yoga mantras. Each of its four sounds names a different natural force: Ra is the sun, Ma is the moon, Da is the earth, and Sa is the infinite.
It is chanted together with Sa Se So Hung, whose translation follows directly after it in the same list: the experience of the infinite is Thou, I am Thou.
