Radiant Body
The tenth of the Ten Bodies: spiritual royalty, radiance, and an all-or-nothing commitment to life.
Meaning
What Radiant Body Means
The Radiant Body is the tenth of the Ten Bodies in Kundalini Yoga, also called the one-plus body because it is the Soul Body plus a person's own radiance. It is associated with Guru Gobind Singh and carries the themes of royal courage, radiance and nobility.
The Radiant Body gives spiritual royalty and radiance. Its strength shows up as courage in the face of any obstacle, a magnetic presence, and an all-or-nothing attitude that gives everything fully rather than holding back.

How It’s Used
When the Radiant Body is underdeveloped, a person may be afraid of conflict or shy away from other people's attention, uneasy with the energy and responsibility that come with being recognized. They may feel ineffective or unable to come through in situations that call for them.
The key to balancing the Radiant Body is commitment, and, in the tradition, leaving the hair long.
