How It’s Used

Wah Yantee is the second mantra in the traditional structure of the Kundalini Yoga morning Sadhana, chanted for 7 minutes immediately after the Adi Shakti Mantra, the morning call.

It belongs to a fixed sequence of seven mantras that make up the Sadhana for the Aquarian Age, used as a standard closing practice after the kriya and relaxation of a full morning session.
