The Pineal Gland is known as the “Spiritual Gland” and working on it has direct benefits on our feeling of connectedness with our inner truth and all around us. It increases our intuition, reduces stress, improves our sleep, and so much more.
Before starting to practice it is important to warm up to prepare the body. You can do your own warm-up or use the Sun Salutations you can download below to do 3-5 rounds.
